World Bolt

The World Bold is an ISO 17712 compliant 5/16” high security bolt seal which consists of a plastic-coated steel bolt and a plastic-coated steel locking chamber. This seal will accept dual bar-coding on the bolt and casing surfaces. The World Bolt is designed for ISO containers and high value shipments. C-TPAT Compliant

Specifications
  • Bolt: Steel with zinc-plated finish with overmolded ABS plastic flag.
  • Bolt: 5/16"(8mm) diameter shank; 3"(76mm) long; 3/4"(18mm) diameter head.
  • Locking body: 3/4"(19mm) steel lock body with overmolded ABS plastic flag.
  • Locking strength: 4,400 lbf. (20 kN).

 

Packaging
4 sets per mat; 25 mats or 100 seals per box in sequential order, 20 lbs. (9 kg) per box.
Box dimensions: 11"x9"x5" (28cm x 28cm x 25 cm), .0196 m3, .69 ft3.

 

Marking
  • Tracking capabilities: standard laser engraving bolt and base numbered-alike.
  • Marking: 1-8 characters and 8 digit sequential number.
