Tyden Group with the financial backing of Crimson Investment acquired E.J.Brooks Company. Tyden Group now is comprised of TydenBrooks Security Products Group, Brooks Utility Products Group and Telesis Technologies.

E.J. Brooks Company founded in 1873 and TydenBrammall, also with over 100 years of experience and history in the manufacturing of security seals, have consistently exhibited market leadership through innovation, research, quality manufacturing and marketing on a global basis.
